Job Description :

SR. LEARNING SPECIALISTLooking for Seasoned facilitator for Soft skills & Process Training s with a minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D Domain. Result oriented and an enthusiastic professional with excellent communication , collaboration and people skills with a driven approach to training and coaching. Adept at Planning, designing and facilitating training using a wide variety of training aids and implementation strategies.Experience in both classroom and preferably online instruction with an exposure to explain sophisticated concepts to learners of all styles and experience levels. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and develop learning solutions and programs applying adult learning principles, systematic instructional design & ADDIE PrinciplesEmploy project management skills and tools to manage multiple projects from analysis through delivery concurrentlyConduct needs analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post implementation evaluation on key performance and business metricsManage curriculum portfolio to ensure accurate training materials and assessments from new hire onboarding through continuing education and role specific accreditation programsSupport OJT period by observing, measuring and monitoring learners as needed. Actively pursue on Floor observations to map skills gaps and enhance training offerings to fulfill the sameMonitor calls on aspects of Communication , Soft Skills and overall Customer experience and devise strategies to improve the sameCollaborate effectively with cross-functional training delivery stakeholders and business subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify knowledge gapsUtilize recent industry experience to make appropriate design decisionsProvide train the trainer sessions (classroom or virtual) to support implementation of training programs and deliver instructor-led classes and programs (in person or virtual)Ability to facilitate high quality learner focused programs, which have informative content and engaging learning techniques environment.Build and maintain strong business relationships, collaborating with the program manager, instructional designers, other facilitators, and business leaders to deliver learning outcomes and address cross-functional issuesCreate and implement development programs to increase employee engagement and satisfactionQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:A Bachelors / Master’s Degree from an accredited university ideally from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 City.Industry relevant Certification in L&DA track record of using data to develop business cases and decision makingProven ability to think creatively and contribute to process simplification/improvement at a team levelExperience with project delivery in complex organizational settingsExperience measuring and reporting on business impact of training initiativesExperience designing learning and development programs from the ground-upExposure to working in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required and ambiguity is constantADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE AS ADVANTAGE:Experience using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Connect Captivate and other L&D Tools knowledge would be an added advantageFamiliarity with gamification, xAPI, online learning and learning technologies would be a plusExperience with video design and developmentProven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analysesCertification and experience in Psychometric assessment and evaluation tools is a desired requisite.
