Job Description :
The role of an Operations Manager will be to ensure a good customer experience (CSAT of 4.5+/5), while scaling Livspace store operations and keeping the fulfilment cost in control. The customers not only include the end customers but all the customers throughout the fulfilment cycle. Roles and Responsibilities Communication and coordination between all internal and external stakeholders. These will include the end customer, brands/suppliers, delivery partners (and other service providers), product/category team, finance, sales/design, etc.SOPs adherence on ground with proper tracking mechanism for a real time status of the product. Continuous improvement shall be our approach.Scheduling and monitoring of deliveries as per committed timelines.Handling of RRR process with suppliers/brands and internal stakeholders.Managing the information flow with the stakeholders and account management while implementing standard guidelines to brands/suppliers for packaging.Desired Candidate Profile Eager to learn and grow, displaying high levels of ownership and drive to perform.With good communication and MS excel skills.Aggressive in action and results oriented.A team player with patience and a high level of integrity.Willing to get their hands dirty to get the task done.A degree/diploma holder. Not looking for elite colleges at all. Fresh graduates with sound logic can apply.Assertive with a high level of maturity.Comfortable with remote working, with access to the internet. Should be independent in working with minimum supervision.Experience in ecommerce fulfilment or in the interiors industry would be preferred, but is not a bar.
